Your rights under POPIA

To exercise any of the following rights, email the Information Officer above with your request. All requests are actioned within 30 days.

  • AccessRequest a copy of all personal information held about you.
  • CorrectionRequest correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • DeletionRequest permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. Note: this will permanently deactivate your NFC card.
  • ObjectionObject to the processing of your personal information.
  • Withdrawal of consentWithdraw your consent to data processing at any time.
